  Growing Together   This year has not been best for the flowers in the garden. However, there was a bright spot in the plants delivered by the Growing Together Project. Similar to last year, over 80 gardeners from Sandyhills, Kenmuir and Shettleston New ordered a variety of plants. In May, these were delivered to the lower hall in the church and from there batched together and distributed around the parishes. Locum – John Nicolson As you are all probably aware by now, the Kirk Session of Sandyhills Church agreed to ask Mr. John Nicolson to be Locum for the duration of our vacancy.  We are delighted that Mr. Nicolson agreed to take up this position and will be officially in situ from Monday 21st August.  Mr. Nicolson will lead our Sunday Morning worship and will cover 2 days a week pastoral care.  We hope that you will join with us in welcoming John and his wife Alison, who will be joining him each Sunday morning, into our church family.
